Job Description

• Troubleshoot all kind of IT hardware / software and networking problems and provide solution.
• To handle email configuration, firewall , active directory implementation and others related to IT.
• To provide support and troubleshoot for ERP software system.
• Other Ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior.

Job Requirements

1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma in IT field like computer science, Information Technology, computer Engineering and etc.
2. Required skills(s) Hardware and software troubleshooting skill, preferable knowledge of server maintenance jobs.
3. At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is requires for this position
4. Preferably Junior/ Senior Executive specicalised in IT / computer
5. Experience in ERP software system is preferable.
6. Willing to work in Kampung Baru Sungai Buloh
7. Working 5 1/2day
