Job Description

  • Perform outbound calls & address the complaints pertaining to any kind of dissatisfactions with products or services of the company.
  • Perform end-to-end follow-ups with the customers & ensure that their issues have been rectified efficiently & amicably.
  • Demonstrate a high level of professionalism & communication skills conversation with the customers.
  • Diligently observe the timelines that has been promised to the customers for any kind of follow-ups & update the customers consistently on the current updates/solutions pertaining to their complaints before proceed close the cases.
  • Have strong interpersonal skills and ability to answer queries clearly over the phone or face to face with customers.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Male Junior/senior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Willing to work in Kampung Baru Sungai Buloh
