Job Description

Whatever you think social media is, it is that and MORE here at DEX. We are the bridge that connects the brand’s promise with the consumers’ demands while building brand advocates through humanizing and personalized online interaction.

So what exactly do we do?

  1. Manage brand pages: publishing posts, monitoring the page performance and attending to inquiries
  2. Develop engaging content across various social channels that encourage high interaction
  3. Collaborate with clients and fellow teammates (Digital, Performance, PR, Brand Activation, Creative) in ideating for social media content, campaigns, and concepts
  4. Find value in data to provide reports and insights that can help to improve the brand’s overall performance
  5. Build a relationship with the fanbase to create brand advocates through Community management
  6. Getting involved in pitching and strategizing to acquire new pages

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelors Degree or Diploma Marketing, New Media Communications, Computer Science, Advertising, PR, OR related field with a least 1-year experience
  2. MUST be fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia
  3. Applicants with sound knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, copywriting skills, technically well-versed in new online platforms and tools, and/or experience in writing and editing content for social media platforms are highly encouraged to apply.
  4. Past experience in social media platforms such as (but not limited to) Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, and Pinterest is an added advantage, but not a must.
  5. Interest in photography/videography is a major plus.
