Job Description
In a Nut Shell:
As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible in managing all aspects of paid digital campaigns, across social, display, video, and various programmatic channels. You will work closely with the accounts team to plan and optimize digital marketing campaigns.
What you'll do:
1. Understand client's business needs & objectives to create strategies
2. Planning & setup of ad campaigns on various digital channels for paid digital, social, search, display, video, and mobile.
3. Implementation of tracking across various platforms, including but not limited to, UTM, GTM, GA, and other 3rd party tracking service providers
4. Reporting & Analysis for insights & recommendation based on multi-channel data such as paid digital, social, email marketing and other available digital datapoints.
5. Daily Monitoring & optimization to ensure campaign success by over-achieving planned KPI
6. Provide strategic plans & recommendations for pitches and existing campaigns.
7. Consultation for internal & external stakeholders
8. Manage & execute campaigns with 3rd party ad buys (innity, InMobi, Premium Publishers, DSP)
9. Participating in regular WIPs and meetings, with key stakeholders and external customers as the subject matter expert.
10. Expert around Ad Tech technical capabilitie, needs, and troubleshooting. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google Adwords, TikTok, and other RTB platforms.
Job Requirements
What you'll need:
1. Advance proficiency in GA, Adwords, FBBM, LinkedIn
2. Degree in Comms, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Actuarial Science
3. 3-4+ years min of Digital Advertising Campaign operations experience
4. Analytical with a strong bias for data-based decisions, including ability to gather and synthesize data from multiple sources
5. Microsoft Excel
6. Highly organized, with excellent time-management skills who can respond positively to changing priorities.
7. Written language, EN & BM
8. Spoken language: EN, BM, CN (bonus)
