Job Description

1. You will be crafting and executing tactical HR and Company Branding communications plans to effectively disseminate key messages across multiple channels with the aim of elevating company profile (i.e. email, social media and website content). Communication formats may vary depending on your content (i.e. written, videos, images, etc)
2. You will need proactively research and identify editorial content opportunities that embody the Roots and Dex’’s culture and identity
3. You will be in-charge of our online platforms namely - website, LinkedIn & Facebook.
4. You will also have the opportunity to enjoy seamless collaborations with the internal teams (PR, Events, Digital & Creative) to learn and understand their scope of work and communicate their value to our stakeholders
   
   

1. Analysis the initiatives result to measure the efficacy of communications. Some of these projects include (but not limited to) - internal & external surveys, state of marketing report by the agency, case studies and others.
2. Get to learn and deploy some of the digital measurement tools (but not limited to) Google Analytics, Search Console and LinkedIn Analytics
   
   

1. Be the guardian of high quality content and company brand, ensuring that all content adheres to our brand voice, error-free, consistent in style and message.
2. You will also contribute towards the development of our internal learning management system (LMS) - because we believe in continuous learning
3. Work as part of the Company Culture Team to drive employee engagement. 
   
   

Job Requirements

1. A team player with strong interpersonal skill, with the ability to interact with all levels of employees and external partners.
2. Excellent writing ability and strong nose to sniff out great content for marketing and employer branding
3. A strong command of English both spoken and written and the ability to write well in a variety of styles
4. Must be comfortable with modern online tools and have the desire to adapt & learn these tools fast. We strongly encourage the adoption of new technologies.
5. At least Diploma with a minimum of 1 years’ related experience in corporate affairs or communications and/or marketing experience. Not particularly necessary if you have a great attitude!
