Job Description

• To oversee projects and events from conceptualization till execution and preparing post-event reports. (eg products launches, annual dinners, conferences, roadshow, etc.)
• Contribute creative concept and propose crazy ideas to create an unforgettable consumer experience for event proposals. 
• Manage resources to be able to work within budgets
• Create, manage and carefully track detailed event and operational timelines.
• Serve as the primary client liaison on day-to-day development and implementation of marketing communication programs.
• Build strong relationships with clients through constant communication and update on the work progress. 
• Work closely with the internal department /division, and outside vendors  to coordinate all logistics to execute each assigned event.
• To conduct work in a professional manner, create teamwork and guide part time crew 

Job Requirements

•  1 - 3  years experience in related field
• To have an eye for details and problem solving skills
• Able to work under pressure 
• Excellent ability to work with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle stressful situations in a calm and organized manner.
• Must be creative, organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working on multiple projects simultaneously.
• High level of maturity and able to manage stress.
