Job Description

• Greet and communicate with the patients, family members and other co-workers in polite manners. 
• Be gentle to the patients while doing procedures. 
• Do no harm to the patients. Follow protocols and procedures set by the medical personnels. Do not make decisions on your own, ask the medical personnels/ seniors if there is anything unsure. 
• When notice something unusual that happens on the patient/ in the centre, must report in the Whatsapp group. For example: high blood pressure, low oxygen saturation, lights not functioning. 
• Document properly after procedures. Eg: serve medications, turning, intake and output chart and vital signs chart. 
• Caregivers should do laundry and maintain the centre’s inner and surrounding cleanliness. 
• Caregivers are to make sure functionality of the centre and take care of all furnitures, electrical appliances in the centre. 
• If a mistake is made, do not solve things on your own. Be honest with the management and look for a solution together.
