Job Description

1. Bookkeeping.
2. Quotation, invoicing, and receipt management
3. Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
4. Keep stock of office and all ZenVilla centres supplies ; place orders when necessary
5. Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
6. Answer and respond to organization emails and phone calls, and forward communications to appropriate parties, as necessary.
7. Communicate with upper management to coordinate schedules.
8. Assists in purchase orders and invoicing
9. Support customer service
10. Preparing all documents for accountants
11. Inventory Management
12. Support logistic
