Job Description

  1. Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
  2.  Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
  3.  Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  4.  Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  5.  Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
  6.  Answer and respond to organization emails and phone calls, and forward communications to appropriate parties, as necessary.
  7.  Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
  8.  Communicate with upper management to coordinate schedules 9.    Drafts, formats, and prints relevant documents 10.  Assists in purchase orders and invoicing 11.  Preparing all documents for accountants 12.  Support customer service
