Job Description

• Accountable for the management of the administrative duties and day-to-day HR operations as assigned but not limited as per below.
• Day to day office administration;
• Management of foreign worker’s, canteen, office cleaning, gardener, related vendor management etc.
• Attends to daily functions as and when required.  
• Collecting, organizing, and storing information using computers and filing systems.
• Provide accurate HR data entry for Foreign Workers payroll computation process.
• Involved in end month payroll process and handle all statutory matters like Income Tax, EPF and SOCSO submissions and queries.
• To handle leave administration
• Engagement with employees and management of the unions.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree​ in Human Resources or equivalent
• 2 - 4 years’ of experience within area of expertise​
• Preferably Executive specialized in Human Resources and Administration and Payroll
