About The Job

Job Description

Accountable for the management of the administrative duties and day-to-day HR operations as assigned but not limited as per below.
Day to day office administration;
Management of foreign worker’s, canteen, office cleaning, gardener, related vendor management etc.
Attends to daily functions as and when required.
Collecting, organizing, and storing information using computers and filing systems.
Provide accurate HR data entry for Foreign Workers payroll computation process.
Involved in end month payroll process and handle all statutory matters like Income Tax, EPF and SOCSO submissions and queries.
To handle leave administration
Engagement with employees and management of the unions.

Job Requirements

Bachelor or Master degree in Human Resources or equivalent
2 - 4 years’ of experience within area of expertise
Preferably Executive specialized in Human Resources and Administration and Payroll
