Job Description
You will be working closely with the internal and external stakeholders to ensure all the Training plans are well executed from the start till end.
Responsibilities:
- Training vendor management communication and coordination
- Ensure essential documents and information are captured for PSMB/HRDF claims
- Training operations coordination and preparation for pre-training, on the day and post-training for both Melaka and Bukit Raja plants
- Training administration and logistics arrangement and preparation
- Any other related training matters
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in related fields;
- At least 1 to 2 years of working experiences in Training fields either in the vendor side or end user;
- Good communication skills in verbal and written English/Malay; Chinese language will be an added advantage;
- Comfortable to interact with all level of people in the organization and to the external vendor;
- Resourceful and good in coordination work together working as a team player;
- Those who is able to start work immediately will be preferred.
