About the role:

The scope of work for the graphic designer will be handling B2B requests, packaging related design, product mock up, on ground POSM materials and help on simple sales mechanic/trade show creative material design (offline).  

What you will do:

• Ensure cohesive brand identity across all channels.
•  Photoshoot concepts, briefs, direction and delivery.
•  Packaging design and development.
•  New product range design.
•  Development of new ideas for brand activation projects that create authentic audience engagement across multiple channels and brand touch-points.
•  Develop creative for seasonal and limited products.
•  Collaborate with the marketing team to create new strategies and ideas for social media marketing, EDM, video and website creative.
•  Liasing with operations team and suppliers to ensure a high-quality and consistency is delivered for all our brand assets.

You have strong ideas about a modern and beauty aesthetic and the passion to see it come to life across multiple channels. You must also be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work effectively in both collaborative and autonomous settings. 

1. At least 1-3 years experience as a professional designer / creative.
2. At least 1-3 years experience delivering real branding projects and brand collateral. 
3. Passionate about fashion innovation and design.
4. Extensive experience in a deadline-driven environment.
5. Entrepreneurial spirit to continue our incredible growth.
6. Ability to collaborate effectively and directly with different teams (marketing, operations, suppliers, I.T. etc.) to create solutions that meet many different goals.
7. Strong hands-on experience across Photoshop, Illustrator and other Creative Suite programs.
8. Ability to visualise and present concepts and designs for review and approval by the team.
9. Ability to deliver high-quality artwork for final production.
10. Preferable experience working client-side and in the beauty, fashion or wellness industries. 
11. Experience working in eCommerce industry is a plus.
