About The Job

Job Responsibilities:
  • Support C-level in carrying out financial, controlling, business planning & hiring tasks.
  • Establishing the internal control systems to ensure the financial data will flow into the accounting system effectively and efficiently.
  • Work closely with Accounting Department to ensure that all documents are submitted in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, company secretary and other government officers for the preparation of statutory submission.
  • Record post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are up-to-date.
  • Help to drive ad-hoc projects and requests.
  • Monitor, maintain and update the HR database and employee personal files.
  • Responsible for month payroll, claims and other HR related matters and to ensure all statutory and government payment and assessment are submitted on time.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:
  • BSc/BA in accounting, finance, Business Administration or other relevant background.
  • Experience with Quickbooks would be a HUGE plus.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant professional experience in Finance/ Accounting. 
  • Having knowledge of fundamental accounting concepts, practices and procedures.
  • Experience in E-commerce/digital marking environment is an added advantage.
  • You feel comfortable in a start-up environment & face pace environment.
  • Good computer skills and proactive learner.
  • You are characterised by accurate work and an affinity to numbers.
  • Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
