Job Description

• Logistics for marketing events and regional branches’ set up
• Responsible to prepare packing list, delivery orders etc for all shipment and collections
• Manage and stock take inventory, place orders, arrange logistics and work closely with third party warehouse to ensure shipments are carried out smoothly;
• Point of contact with China suppliers
• Work closely with regional colleagues to ensure branches logistic matter
• Work closely with Visual Merchandiser on product display and seasonal office display
• Ensure branch displays are up to date such as posters, event photos, etc

Job Requirements

1. Preferably bilingual in English & Chinese
2. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any discipline
3. Good computer skills (MS Office/ MS Excel)
4. Well organized with an aptitude in problem solving skill
5. Able to multi-task and work with tight timeline
6. Systematic and organized approach to work
7. Meticulous and sensitive to numbers
8. Excellent team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision
