Job Description

• Generate new concepts and ideas that are creative and innovative. 
• Design and create photo-templates, marketing material and collaterals from conceptualizing to design, print and production. 
• Work closely with team members from different regions, to develop specifications and ensure timely completion of deliverables. 
• Coordinate finished artwork for print production and digital implementation 
• Responsible for all aspects of a design process, and specialize in a particular field e.g. digital and web-based design, illustration and branding, publication. 
• Conceptualise, design and execute creative graphic artwork for marketing and communication related items in the web and print media.
• Understand business and marketing directions and brief and transform them into creative design. 
• Maintain support with marketing team on all creative and communication related business objectives.
• Develop the overall concept, design and layout of marketing collaterals, brochures, backdrop designs and media kits. 
• Oversee in-house production (in small quantities) and printing of marketing collaterals.

Job Requirements

1. Specialist certificate in graphic design or equivalent with minimum of 1 year design experience. 
2. Well-verse in design software such as Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator/ InDesign and etc. 
3. Knowledge of printing requirements for collaterals. 
4. Systematic and organized approach to work. 
5. Excellent team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision. 
6. Good interpersonal and communication skills. 
7. A strong sense of urgency, responsibility, focus and discipline. 
8. Multi-task to ensure timely completion of projects. 
9. Must have passion for creativity with an eye for detail. 
10. Preferably conversant in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Melayu. 
11. Willing to travel.
