Job Description

• Develop, test, install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware and software.  
• Involve and responsible for the end- to- end project management life cycle (inclusive of planning, execution, monitor & control and closing all the assigned projects with complete deliverables), software delivery and post implementation process.
• Configure and maintain network related software and devices, Firewall, Router, Switches, AP, Network Controller, Load Balancer, Network Performance Monitoring etc.
• Provide support and perform troubleshooting analysis of network and technical hiccups arise to our client.
• Provide technical support services and routine preventive maintenance for our client.
• Handle and response to client issue(s), assuring that client issues are handle in accordance standard.
• Ensure a high level of technical performance, signal quality, outage prevention, restoration of interrupted service, and quality of work to provide high quality client satisfaction.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.
• Relevant experience in maintaining, troubleshooting, and operating integrated IT systems.
• Well knowledge in network routing, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN/WLAN topologies and protocols, OPSEC-VPN, SSL, VPN, FW routing policies and filtering, DNS, DDNS, QoS, BMW, DHCP, VLAN, AWS/Azure experience, cyber and network security.
• Hands-one experience on configure related software and devices; Fortigate /WatchGuard Firewall & controller/Solarwind, L2/L3 switch, WAP, AP & controller.
• Experienced in planning, managing and implementing IT network project.
• Good technical, analytical, communication and inter-personal skills.
• Provide solution to problems effectively, need hands-on experience.
• Responsible and possess good judgment skills.
• Able to work independently or in team; and result oriented.
