About The Job

  • Respond professionally to inbound, live chat and email.
  • To analyse, create and resolve tickets (if applicable).
  • To troubleshoot and guide customers according to solution process and knowledge base to solve incidents and service requests.
  • Identified and escalated priority issues per client specifications.
  • Displayed courtesy and strong interpersonal skills with all customer interactions.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction with individual call.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

  • Minimum posses with Professional Certificates, Diploma, Bachelor Degree and above
  • MUST passed SPM
  • Able to speak and write in Mandarin (Traditional Chinese) and English
  • At least 6 months experience in Call Center / Customer Service or equivalent
  • Able start work immediately is preferable
