Job Description
- Respond professionally to inbound, live chat and email.
- To analyse, create and resolve tickets (if applicable).
- To troubleshoot and guide customers according to solution process and knowledge base to solve incidents and service requests.
- Identified and escalated priority issues per client specifications.
- Displayed courtesy and strong interpersonal skills with all customer interactions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction with individual call.

- Minimum posses with Professional Certificates, Diploma, Bachelor Degree and above
- MUST passed SPM
- Able to speak and write in Mandarin (Traditional Chinese) and English
- At least 6 months experience in Call Center / Customer Service or equivalent
- Able start work immediately is preferable
