Job Description

• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
• Manage all ecommerce marketplaces, both locally and globally 
• Design, build and maintain our social media presence 
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and digital platforms, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) using variety of Web Analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc) 
• Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points 
• Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on  social media (Facebook and Instagram) 
• Prepare newsletter, posters, banners and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels 
• Handle customer complaints timely and professionally, making sure that each customer issue is followed up and completed by related parties 
• Attend conference, meetings, product launching and road show events 

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate in Commerce, Marketing or equivalent 
• Required languages, spoken and written: Mandarin, Fluent English 
• At least 2 years of working experience in related field is required for this position 
• Required skills: Solid knowledge of website analytics tool, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop
