Job Description

• Handle full set of accounts
• Generate monthly sales report analysis
• Generate quotations for customers
• Manage ecommerce sites, handle ecommerce orders
• Reconcile ecommerce payments
• Respond to customer queries, both phone and email
• General admin support and other relevant ad-hoc tasks or assignments 
• Perform customer follow up
• Assist in monthly stock count
• Maintain daily inventory summary
• Manage office – cleanliness, adequate stationeries, etc
• Any other duties may be deemed appropriate to this role that assigned by superior 

Job Requirements

• Bachelor in Business/Finance/Accounts 
• At least 3 - 5 years of experience 
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision 
• Detailed oriented, with strong analytical abilities
• Strong knowledge in SQL, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word
• Proactive, has good interpersonal skills, initiative, responsible attitude and teamwork spirit 
• Able to work independently
• Good organizational and time-management abilities
