Job Description
- Strategy and execution - Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
- Content creation - Collaborate with copywriters and designers to create engaging content to meet clients' objectives
- Community management - Ensure social media pages are up to date and Manage various online community platforms and social media accounts on a daily basis
- Report and analysis - Analyze and review social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and develop action plan accordingly
- Discover new innovations - Explore new functions of social media and propose new ideas to be executed
- Monitoring competitors - Monitor competitor's Social Media activities, results and provide adequate analysis
- Other ad-hoc tasks as needed
Job Requirements
For junior role, fresh grads are encouraged to apply.
For senior role, minimum 2 years proven experience and knowledge in managing social media accounts (mainly Facebook, Instagram)

Other requirements:-
- Basic knowledge in content creation in terms of photography, design and copywriting
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop for visual designs

- Detail-oriented and a creative problem solver
- Reliable and good team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment
