Job Description
- Determine how best to represent a concept visually using the correct design elements.
- Develop the overall look or style of advertising campaigns
- Supervise small design team of 3-4 people
- Review and approve designs, artwork, photography, and graphics developed by the team
- Talk to clients to develop an artistic approach and style
- Develop detailed budgets and timelines

Requirements
- 5 years and above in marketing creative design work. Added bonus if experience is in both digital and print formats
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign and Adobe Photoshop
- Creativity to produce amazing artwork that will captivate an audience
- Positive working attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt
- Ability to both self-motivate or work in teams when required
- Keen eye for detail, able to pick out tiny mistakes
- Responsibility to ensure work is completed in a timely manner
