Job Description

Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
Source potential candidates through online channels
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
Design job descriptions that reflect each position’s requirements
Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
Serve as expert on recruitment issues and trends, labor laws and legislative initiatives

Job Requirements

Recruiting experience is highly desired (at least 1-2 years)
Outspoken, approachable and friendly personality
Well versed in Malaysian Labour Law (Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act etc.)
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Recruitment/Sales/Business Development or equivalent
Ability to establish trust and credibility and posses decent interviewing and negotiating skills
