Job Description
- Accountable for the management of the administrative duties and day-to-day HR operations such as handling leave, time attendance administration, employee insurance update, claims etc.
- Screen potential candidates, carry out job matching between candidates and requirements by conducting and scheduling interviews with HR Executive - Generalist.
- Maintain the staffing process, which includes recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding.
- Support team members' life-cycle, from pre-onboarding, onboarding, orientation and offboarding.
- Assist in company engagement, employee relations, training and culture-building activities.
- Ensure HR policies, procedures and practices are implemented according to Malaysia labor laws.
Job Requirements
- Possesses Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Psychology, Business Studies or its equivalent.
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Passion in listening to people, possess effective communication and interpersonal skills to deal with employees of all levels.
- Possess sound knowledge of relevant laws and best HR practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Open-mindedness, empathy, and willingness to communicate with no pre-judgment.
- Poised, well-spoken and takes pride in work.
- Having the knowledge of tax and regulations in Malaysia.
- Must be able to converse in Mandarin.
