Job Description

• Build and manage marketing content that attracts a qualified audience 
• Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content (including offers) 
• Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels 
• Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers 
• Manage the strategy and setup of all paid campaigns 

• Increase website visits, conversions, and revenue through paid advertisements 
• Create emails that recipients not only open but also engage with, increasing revenue and sales through digital marketing, growing and segmenting email lists, and reading and analyzing data to optimize promotions and open rates 
• Strategize and execute content creation and delivery, tracking metrics that influence content strategy 
• Create any visual used in marketing materials or campaigns, both print and digital 
• Organize and promote events, creating messaging, designing and organizing marketing campaigns, connecting with audience members 
• Use data to influence campaign impact, allocate funds and identify new opportunities and initiatives as well as develop metrics, benchmarks, and standards for future performance 

Job Requirements

• BA degree, diploma or equivalent work experience 
• Some past experience in marketing preferred 
• Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions 
• Proficiency in marketing automation (HubSpot) in order to generate traffic, convert visitors into leads, and then nurture them into converted customers 
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, as well as the ability to adopt the style, tone, and voice of our business' various types of content 
• In-depth knowledge of paid marketing channel like Google AdWords and handling marketing budgets 
• Proficient in English/Mandarin 
• Bonus skills: Adobe Creative Suite
