About The Job

Provide support to the sales Team on daily sales operation activities and coordinate sale orders.
Ability to handle any urgent task assigned from time to time.
To communicate effectively and promptly with Clients in regards to enquiries and complaints.
Responsible mainly for quotation submission.
To provide weekly reports on sales activities, sales achievements and product movements.
Attend and provide prompt responses to Clients’ enquiries via emails and phone calls.
Support sales team in coordination of stock and/ or consignment related orders.
Documentation and logistics control.
Check stipulated sales coordinator’s documentation before posting into the UBS system.
Responsible for monitoring sales activities and Clients’ credit control.
UBS System / key in data.

Job Requirements

Fresh graduate and 1 year experience or above.

Positive, Energetic, Responsible, Independent, and accept challenges.
Resourceful with great interpersonal and communication skills.
Highly driven, a team leader with strong initiative and a passion for challenge.
Able to multitask and work independently in a face-paced environment.
Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
Pleasant personality / Sales oriented / Dynamic / Positive working attitude.
Probation period: 3 to 6 months, subject to job performance.
