About The Job

As a Digital Marketing Strategist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising marketing efforts across various digital channel to Generated Qualified Leads for our Products QuickDesk. Prior knowledge and exposure to Digital Marketing tools and strategies will be greatly valued.

  • Copywriting for web assets & content creation for blog and knowledge base;
  • Email Marketing for Demand Generation
  • Plan and Execute paid digital marketing campaigns across ad channels: Social Media Marketing & Search Engine Marketing;
  • Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels to tweak and optimize customer experience with QuickDesk;
  • Collaborate with Agencies and Partners;
  • Maintain Wordpress website;
  • Present and deliver the QuickDesk story to SMEs and Sales Professionals in an articulate and confident manner;

Job Requirements

  • Proactive and positive attitude towards active learning;
  • Comfortable in a fast paced startup environment;
  • A keen interest in and knowledge of IT and CRM;
  • Self-motivation and a competitive, results-driven attitude;
  • Confident and articulate presentation skills;
  • Persuasive and influential verbal communication skills (in English and preferably another Asian language);
  • Excellent time-management, and resilience to strive under pressure and tight deadlines.
