About The Job

We are seeking driven Business Development Interns to boost our Business Development Team in scaling QuickDesk Services and Products, and acquiring more customers. You can be a part of the initial contact with our prospects and potential customers. You will contribute to our hyper growth by contributing ideas and leading projects to promote our productivity solutions, hence attract more customers.
You will also learn the Lead Generation Strategies, Telemarketing Strategies, Digital Marketing Strategies coupled with Customer Success and Support. 

You will learn how to be an effective multitasking person, learn to prioritize tasks and deliver them on time and have better business acumen. You can be equipped with selling skills, e.g. value selling, consultative selling, as well as presentation and pitching skills. You will also be geared with objection handling and negotiation techniques. You will also have possibilities to learn about Digital Marketing hands on. This position comes with structured and comprehensive on-the-job training and on boarding session.

What you will do:
  • Assist with Data Analysis, Lead Generation & Digital Marketing efforts;
  • Assist with Customer Support and Success portfolio;
  • Acquire new accounts via phone, events or direct visits to clients;
  • Acquire new leads specific to the project and requirements;
  • Establish strong relationship with prospects and existing clients where applicable;
  • Be available for all sorts of business tasks exposure and with the spirit of learning and contributing within the internship period.

Job Requirements

  • Keen to learn in the area of Data Analysis, Lead Generation, Sales & Marketing, Digital Marketing and Customer Support;
  • Self-motivated and a competitive, result-driven attitude;
  • Fast learner, punctual and willing to put in extra effort to learn and to be absorbed as permanent member of the company;
  • Confident and articulative presentation skills;
  • Persuasive verbal and written communication skills in English;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
