Job Description
- Oversees all functions of digital, imaging and manual studio with regards to workflow, staffing, resources, time tracking, conflicts, technology, supply costs, focus and training.
- Reports to Operations Director.
- Optimises skills within the team to facilitate resource extensions.
- Oversees ALL Studio functions including proofreading and QA.
- Partners seamlessly with stakeholders and vendors involved in designated projects.
- Occasional client contact.
- Leads by example, with a passion for excellence and a desire to improve, perform and perfect.
Job Requirements
- 6+ Years’ experience working in an in-house design studio, an advertising agency, or related field.
- Strength in all Adobe Creative Suite applications with a focus in InDesign.
- Knowledge of some digital technology or code is preferred.
- Prior management experience is required.
- Adaptability to situations based on client or internal needs.
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster department relationships. Ability to build rapport easily with diverse people. Excellent team building and collaboration skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
