Job Description

• Influence the development of digital projects, provide guidance and opinion that will provide a high-quality output.
• Continually push the boundaries of our development offering, providing suggestions as to new technologies, approaches or methodologies that should be deployed, depending on the objectives of the job.
• Guide the creative team as to the testing procedures which should be in place for every task for the best output 
• Provide input into the UAT of each and every key development.
• Challenge the norm on every project or brief, bringing clarity and what’s feasible to our clients’ requirements. 

Job Requirements

1. Be technology agnostic and able to utilise HTML5/CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery, PHP, Mysql, GIT/Mercurial, NPM, use of FTP/SFTP/SSH, Sass/Less, PHP frameworks- Symfony, Laravel - and develop on top of open source CMS environments as required.
2. Aiding the direction of the agency's development solutions and methodology, inputting as required and always with an eye on efficiency and effectiveness of the final delivery.
3. Being flexible across all digital developments, with a ‘full stack’ mentality across language choice, build, release and revision.
4. Being available to advise before, during and after a development, giving the client services and digital teams the support required to run successful projects.
5. Always challenging what, and why, we’re doing jobs in a particular way.
6. Providing development estimates which will enable the projects to be efficient and profitable
