Job Description

  • Greet and process calls of visitor, answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls/emails as required
  • Preparation of offer letters, memo and other correspondence include keeping abreast with the latest regulatory requirement
  • Monitor office cleanliness and maintenance of IT equipment, office grocery and stationary supplies and other company assets
  • Responsible to arrange appointment/schedule for recruitment, training, company outdoor activities, etc
  • Administer and renewal of staff/general/group insurances
  • Plan and coordinate Director’s daily schedules and activities including scheduling meeting, appointment and travel management.
  • Provide full support to handle Director’s day-to-day administrative and operations matters including monitoring of deadlines and follow up of instructions of Director when necessary.
  • Keep the Director well informed of upcoming commitments and follow up accordingly.
  • Travel arrangement including hotel and flight bookings and visa application
  • Issue invoices and handling quotations/PO, staff claims, government grants, employee benefits and welfare in according to company policies
  • Provide support and assist to finance manager
  • Keep proper records and organized with hardcopy filing
  • To perform other ad-hoc duties as required  

Job Requirements

  • 3 years’ working experience in HR & Admin Executive
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and BM
  • Able to set priorities and manage own time to meet deadlines and objectives
  • Able to maintain confidentiality at all times 
  • Experience of proper procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping according to internal control systems
  • Requires computer savvy and strong skills in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as clients and vendors
  • Excellent communication skills, documentations, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Able to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision
