Job Description

Founded in Hong Kong in early 2017, Respond.io is a Messaging CRM that provides businesses with the tools needed to chat with customers across several messaging apps.
 
Role Description
As a Senior Sales Executive at Respond.io you will be using proactive and inbound selling strategies to engage with medium to corporate sized businesses to find and close new business or increase the customer's usage. You will use your knowledge of digital transformation and change management to act as a business consultant to the customer, running the sales process end to end with them.
 
In addition, you will work with the founding team to refine the value proposition further making the assessments needed to identify friction and functional gaps across the product. Success in this role would be a stepping stone to either a Key Accounts or Head of Sales role in the future.
 
Responsibilities
  • Develop and be responsible for your own annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets
  • Develop, measure, and iterate our Sale Process
  • Find new prospects inbound leads
  • Run qualification calls with C- level executives, department leaders, and product champions
  • Run online product demonstrations
  • Close new business consistently on a monthly basis
  • Identify new use cases, product gaps, and buying objections
  • Work growth and technology teams to execute sales strategy as new features are introduced

Job Requirements

Qualifications
  • 3+ years in a B2B quota-carrying role
  • Fluency in English, Spanish or Portuguese knowledge is an asset
  • Experience in a complex selling environment SaaS or other Start-Up experience preferred
  • Goal orientated with a track record of overachieving on monthly & annual targets
  • Experience in managing a sales pipeline and forecasting
