  • Ensuring our social media content is in line with the brands’ social media strategy and initiatives
  • Management and distribution of content marketing on: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Linkedin and any other social media platforms following agreed upon planning
  • Schedule and manage posts through social media publishing tool (Hootsuite)
  • Update the reporting spreadsheets on a regular basis (fortnightly) 
  • Files management planning (to ensure files are easily located)
  • Creative project or/and specific task assignments for special events
  • Compiling marketing statistics, analyse and assist with generating reports on a monthly basis (Data Analytics & Reporting - Aggregate results and prepare fortnightly summary and key learnings)
  • Ensuring proper archiving system for the social media team
  • Proactively manage multiple work streams in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines
  • Handling all customer interactions via social media platforms; understanding the importance of representing the brand
  • Stay up-to-date on best practices in content marketing, design, and social space to increase reader engagement and time spent on video clips and postings
  • Continuously improve by capturing and analysing social data/metrics, insights and best practices and then propose amendment to current strategies or brand new ones as the need might be
  • Content are posted on social media platforms in a timely manner
  • Growing REI Group’s, Dr. Daniele Gambero’s and Propenomy Tribe audience on respective social media platforms (quarterly KPIs will be discussed and agreed upon)
  • Increased engagement on social media posts and increased response rate and quality
  • Ultimate goal for the Propenomy Tribe’s and Dr Daniele Gambero’s social media platforms is turning fans into customers into advocates/ambassadors

Job Requirements

  • Experience: 2 - 4 years
  • Skills: Social Media, Social Media Marketing, Internet Marketing, Online Advertising, Promotion,  Creative and analytical mind 
  • Minimum diploma in Mass Communication or any related field.
  • Ability in consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
  • Able to work within timelines.
  • Confident and able to handle any situation professionally
  • Fluency in English (priority), Mandarin is added advantage
