Job Description

• Basic HR related duties such as payroll, tracking of leaves, preparation of employment contracts and mainntenance of staffs' file.
• To process statutory payment such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN and etc.
• Manage office purchases and office supplies such as pantry and stationery supplies.
• Responsible in maintenance and upkeep of office facilities and office equipment/assets and update on licenses and services renewal.
• Handle full set of account; includes general accounting, account receivable, account payable, tax and treasury issues.
• Preparation of monthly financial report cash flow forecast, budget and financial and management reports to the Management.
• Assist in recruitment activities when required, e.g., interview arrangement.
• Liaise with goverment bodies as and when necessary..
• To assist in handling daily general administrative duties of the company and any other ad-hoc assignments to be assigned as and when required.

Job Requirements

• Possess at least Certificate in Accounting (LCCI) / Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Able to meet deadlines, multi-tasking, minimum supervision, work independently.
• Experience in Accounting, Payroll and Administration.
• Computer literacy (MS Office software Excel, Word & Power Point).
