Job Description

 We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Ecommerce Account Manager to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to actively engage in our client's e-commerce business development by formulating and executing strategies aimed at enhancing their store performance. The successful candidate will oversee and manage all campaigns and promotions across various marketplaces such as Lazada and Shopee.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and objectives related to e-commerce.
2. Develop comprehensive strategies to optimize store performance and drive sales growth.
3. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviors to identify opportunities for improvement.
4. Create and implement promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and drive traffic to client's stores.
5. Manage all aspects of marketplace operations, including product listings, pricing strategies, and inventory management.
6. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.
7. Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, graphic, sales, and product development, to align strategies and objectives.
8. Provide regular updates and reports to clients on campaign performance and recommendations for improvement.
9. Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in e-commerce to maintain a competitive edge.
10. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships and client satisfaction.

Job Requirements

 Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2. Proven experience in e-commerce account management or digital marketing, preferably in a similar industry.
3. Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and marketplaces, such as Lazada and Shopee.
4. Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
6. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
7. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and objectives.
8. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and e-commerce management tools/software.
