Job Description

• Receive the list of leads wanting to do interior design or renovation, reach out to them via call/email / Whats app to ask for more information, and brief the team on what customer requires
• Based on customer requirements and initial design (prepared by interior designer), prepare initial quotation to customer
• Search for vendors that provide any particular product or service, negotiate good prices and develop a good "feel" on how much things cost
• Compile and maintain a detailed and updated database of prices, so we are able to quote without needing to check with the vendor

Job Requirements

• Prior experience in interior design or renovations industry, preferably in generating quotations or searching for sub-contractors
• Self-motivated, responsible, have good working attitude
• Able to work well in a team environment 
• Good in time management 
• Attentive to details
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Ofiice (word, power point, Excel, etc.) and Google Suite (Google Docs, Presentation, Spreadsheet)
