About The Job is a home services platform service marketplace that connects people with service providers (interior designers, renovation contractors, handyman, electrician and wiring etc.) that are recommended by the community. Customers tell us their detailed requirements, we help match them with up to 4 service professionals who will send a customized quote (complete with business profile, contact details, portfolio and reviews). We are changing the way people search for services in Malaysia, South East Asia and the world! We are a dynamic startup based out of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and we are looking to add smart, dynamic and highly motivated members to our team. We're going for a wild ride and hope you will come with us! 

This role is to grow and manage the relationship with customer as well as service providers

  • Review list of requests coming in on a daily basis, call customers to validate and understand their requirements.
  • Approve vendors quotation according to the job details and nature. 
  • Handle customer care via company website, social media, email etc with a fun, approachable, problem-solving attitude.
  • Arrange scheduling for home cleaners
  • On-board service providers and guide them on using the platform
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the superior and/ or management.

Job Requirements

  1. Candidate must possess at least SPM or undergoing Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Degree in any Business related course. 
  2. Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia - Chinese would be a plus point
  3. A quick learner to understand job requests, and love speaking to people to understand their requests.  
  4. Able to converse well and structured, being responsible and contactable.
  5. Possess energetic personality, good initiative and positive attitude.
  6. Able to adapt well in all situations.
