Recommend.my is Malaysia’s #1 Home Services platform - connecting people to trusted service professionals (interior designers, renovation contractors, handyman, electrician and wiring etc.) that are recommended by the community! Customers tell us their detailed requirements, we help find them a Pro that can match their requirements in a matter of minutes. We are a dynamic startup based out of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and we are looking to add smart, dynamic and highly motivated members to our team. This role is to help the service professionals grow and succeed, and build our relationship with them so that they stay with us for the long term.
- Make contact, grow, develop and acquire service professionals, which could range from renovation contractors, interior designers to plumbers and handyman. The main objective here would be to ensure that the Service Professionals grow their business alongside us for the long term!
- Develop and maintain sales kits and tools as appropriate for each channel.
- Analyse our credit packages critically from the perspective of user experience to ensure alignment with Service Professional requirements and demands.
- Adjust business model and product packages depending on customer requirements to ensure sales targets are met.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must currently undergoing at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any Business related courses.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and numbers oriented.
- Strong oral and written communication with good interpersonal skills.
- Able to speak English, Malay and Chinese.
- Team player and able to work in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision.
