Job Description
- Work with functional teams (business development, operations, sales) to gather operational and user feedback on the website and mobile app
- Conduct data analysis to determine success of existing product features, and determine whether improvements are needed
- Write user stories, flows and narratives to define the desired customer experience
- Assist to define, document, and communicate objectives, requirements, and constraints for product initiatives and releases
- Communicate development status and track progress toward milestones
- Assist to prioritize and sequence product releases
- Participate in product testing and QA
Job Requirements
- Must have experience as either a developer, programmer, or business analyst
- Prior experience at a startup or consumer internet company is a bonus
- Excellent organisational skills and great interpersonal and communication skills, you will be working with people across 3 countries
- An analytical and metric driven work style. If you cannot use Google Sheets, Docs or Slides, this job is not for you
