Job Description

• You will be working alongside with our Managing Director, covering all sales and follow up sales related to fertilizer.
• Liaise with clients. Attend project and site meetings with clients, contractors and others throughout Malaysia and internationally as required as need be.
• Managing, tracking and following up with potential customers which leads to closure of deals.
• Identifying sales opportunities or prospects or end customers in the market.
• Develop effective and reliable sales strategies.
• Prepare weekly reports and customer database for submission to the Managing Director 
• Work with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses.
• Processing, dispatching quotations.
• Liaise with other divisions with regards to performance on projects, transportation of goods to customers, and invoicing.
• Develop marketing and sales action plan annually.
• Any other duties assigned by the Managing Director.
• Attractive remuneration package. Basic salary + COMMISSION

Job Requirements

• Strong direct sales and negotiation skills.
• Sales driven individual.
• High presentation and demonstration skills.
• Intimate knowledge of sales and marketing.
• Able to work effectively under minimal supervision.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel.
• Good interpersonal & follow-up skill, adaptable and result-oriented.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• Excel in MS Office.
• Proficient in web analytics.
• Basic administration skills.
• Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant discipline is a bonus.
• Can start immediately would be an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates and experienced candidates are welcome.
