Job Description

You will provide clerical assistance to an organization’s administrative department and/or team. They must be able to perform general office duties, like answering phones and greeting customers as well as perform higher-level functions, such as processing invoices and preparing deposits. You will also assist with ad-hoc administration tasks as well.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
  • Proficient in computer software programs, such as Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and scanners
  • Basic mathematical skills
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and financial principles
  • Letter preparation and administrative knowledge
  • Possess a pleasant and matured outgoing personality with good soft skills
