Job Description

• To handle customer enquiries and grow in-house customers base. 
• To provide excellent customer service and build long lasting relationships with customers from given portfolio, to deepen and broaden account relationships with the objective to increase sales volume and maximize profitability.
• To execute and promote branding and marketing plans through various advertising channels, continuous monitoring and providing feedback on performance.
• To support in roadshow campaign and outdoor sales activities.
• To assist and support in channel management on recruitment of Marketing Representatives, trainings, events and deliver customer value proposition.
• To develop and maintain strong relationships with alliances and business partners.
• To monitor and report market trends and competitors’ analysis.
• To support personal loan segments and channels in maximizing customer value and managing risk via the use of risk analytics throughout the Customer Life Cycle.
• To carry out comprehensive portfolio risk analysis, encompassing development of key performance indicator (KPI) and trends. 

Job Requirements

• Possess a Degree in Finance, Statistics, Economics, Banking or equivalent.
• Internship (Final year final semester is preferable)
• Computer literate, familiar with Microsoft office applications especially in Excel.
• Must be able to work in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
• Matured thinking, bright personality with good attitude and able to interact with people.
• Meticulous, detail-oriented, good problem solving and analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal and good communication skills with fluency in verbal and written English.
• Strong time management skills and able to work effectively under pressure.
• Possess a high level of commitment, integrity and responsibility; strong planning and organizational skills; and can be depended upon to complete assignments conscientiously and independently in a timely manner.
• Applicant must be a Malaysian citizen & willing to work in KL.
