Job Description

• Collect and Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports 
• Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems 
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets 
• Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality 
• Filter and “clean” data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities 
• Designing and implementing enterprise data and reporting architectures.
• Develop, secures and maintains BI solutions according to best practices 
• Accounts for the accuracy of the data presented to report/dashboard audiences through the execution of validation processes and procedures 
• Develop, maintain and document logical and physical database models as per the standards 
• Performs additional ad-hoc report generation and reconciliation as required. 

Job Requirements

• Strong knowledge in Transact-SQL (Structured Query language) programming and capable of designing complex and performant SQL queries 
• Experience on ETL by using MS SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) for data integration. 
• Proficiency in at least 2 or more reporting/analytic tools- Power BI, Tableau, SSRS, SSAS 
• Having programming concept in data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques. 
• Demonstrated Analytical mind to work with large amounts of data: facts, figures, and number crunching. 
• Experience in requirement analysis, design and prototyping. 
• Possesses great communication skills which enable you to present findings or translate the data into an understandable document.  
• Able to write and speak clearly, easily communicating complex ideas. 
• Experienced in End-user reporting, analytics and dashboard framework from requirement definition through to end-user reporting using Power BI 
• Interested to look at numbers, trends, and data and come to new conclusions based on the findings.
