Job Description

• Design ideal state user experience and align with customer journey objectives.
• Brainstorm with business owners for future product/features and provide feedback on customer Position Titles / Parties Nature of Interactions journeys from the UX perspective.
• Conduct ethnographic research required to design ideal user experience.
• Create wireframes / prototypes, based on agreed customer journeys and present them to the stakeholders. Take feedback and reflect them back to wireframes/prototypes.
• Conduct quick (high level) user testing on prototypes, identify flaws in the design, and modify accordingly. Iterate cycle until the solution is ready to be tested in the local markets.
• Present design decisions to stakeholders, articulating rationales behind chosen solution.
• Keep up to date with the UX trends, proactively share them with team, and update design guidelines to maintain quality & standards of the team from a UX perspective.
• Support and provide inputs to chosen vendors regarding user interface design and how this fit into overall user experience. 

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in user experience design related roles. (UX) 
• Have the will to learn and good knowledge on their field. 
• Attention to detail and high observation on their platform.
