• Exploring sales production in Insurance/Takaful
• Identify customer's financial needs and propose insurance/Takaful plan that meets their goals.
• Excellent networking and communication with various of cold calling & referral strategic.
• Monitor insurance claims to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Do recruitment and develop potential candidate to enroll Elites programme and  training provided ,
• Be Team Player and Leadership skills opportunity to be promoted Assistant Unit Manager/Unit Manager/District Manager with great overriding income scale.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at lease a Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in any field,
• Age 25 to 45
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Sales - Financial Services (Insurance, Unit Trust, etc) or equivalent.
• Experience in banking, unit trust, mortgage, and sales be an added advantage.
• Ex-banker or other insurance agent are welcome to apply.
• Required Skills: Communication Skills, Sales Management, Customer Relationship Management, Personal Financing Consulting, banking

• Good Communication /Skill/Networking/Time Management
• Ability to do recrutment and build team
• Fluent In English/Bahasa/Tamil/Chinese or other (Advantage)
