• Manage application incident/problem and change management according to establish incident/problem and change management process. 
• Participate in IT project; work closely with PMO to support project rollout and ensure deliverables are tracked, monitored and properly documented on timely manner. 
• Work closely with business unit to identify opportunity for products to be developed. 
• Undertake small scale development effort in consultative role should there be any chance of developing automation tools for the company. 
• Develop reports and dashboard for the company in helping the departments to collaborate well without wasting time in regenerating reports. 
• Analyses and verifies requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards for all software development work. 
• Translates conceptual customer requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team. 
• Creates process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and/or the project team. 
• Develops and conduct peer reviews of the business requirements to ensure that requirement specifications are correctly interpreted. 
• Recommend controls by identifying problems; writing improved procedures 
• Conduct business process modelling and generate applicable scenarios for testing covering technology and system functionality. 
• Conduct UAT and users training.
• Write technical specifications and user specifications for projects. 

Job Requirements

1. Ideally, a degree in IT / Computer Science or equivalent qualification 
2. Possess 3-4 years' experience in a business analysis role in designing system and transformation processes to information technology 
3. Experience working with any Workflow Automation tools and Chatbot tools is advantageous 
4. Scripting and coding in automation tool to resolve automation issues 
5. Well-versed in programming languages such as PHP, c++, Javascript, Java. 
6. Solid experience in writing SQL queries 
7. Experienced with Microsoft Visio, completed project SDLC, build reports and charts with Power BI, Report Builders will be a plus 
8. Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing, good logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills 
9. Experience in analysing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools 
10. Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills 
11. Basic knowledge in generating process documentation and automation procedures 
12. Knowledge of cryptography and PKI would be advantageous. 
13. Reliable, able to work independently, proactive, respectful, positive-thinking, team-player, attention to detail, willingness to learn.
