Job Description

We are looking for a sharp, Senior Business Development Executive who is essentially a business athlete that can independently originate deals, navigate complex customized ideas , solve intricate requirements, and define the strategy and roadmap to support Raffcomm’s Digital Identity Design for Malaysia that involves our digital trust solutions which includes the delivery of authorized Corporate Information and Digital Signatures with the support of our own Licensed Certification Authority. 

  • Builds, develops and manages strong relationship with potential and existing customers, including particular clients of assigned projects. 
  • Coordinates multiple potential projects in various stages of completion. 
  • Collaborates with marketing and project delivery teams to identify and grow opportunities. 
  • Achieve objectives with quality, handles sales volume targets, and assures quality and trust levels required for the customer services are achieved. 
  • Ensures the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to clients’needs and objectives. 
  • Assists in conducting monthly performance analysis and preparing progress report for the management as well as the clients. 
  • Clearly communicates the progress of monthly or quarterly initiatives to the management and clients. 
  • Promotes public and corporate awareness regarding the purpose and importance of the Company’s product services with solid understanding of the Company’s products and services. 
  • Involves in the preparation of the business and marketing plans designed to maintain and increase existing business and capture new opportunities. 
  • Completes RFP's and proposals, follows up on submissions and close business. Be aware of organizational growth initiatives regarding market and target customer segments, and the company’s potential to meet customer needs. 
  • Collects and understands customer requirements to integrate the Company services and related applications with new and existing system. 
  • Conducts business analysis and research, identifying new potential customers to exploit sales opportunities, creates new revenue stream and strategic alliances/partnership. 
  • Ensures confidentiality, integrity and security at all times. 

Job Requirements

Requirements
  1. You have a Degree in Business, Marketing, IT or related discipline. 
  2. You have at least five (5) years of relevant working experience. 
  3. You have the ability to think like a customer, intuitively understanding what the audience needs to know and how they want to consume it. 
  4. You have clear articulation of the business goal behind the creation of any proposal. 
  5. You have a self-starter attitude with the ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines 
  6. You are brave in managing multiple deals in a high-pressure, high-stakes environment. 
  7. You are capable of building partnerships to enhance influence and create long term value for all parties 
  8. You portray strong written and interpersonal skills to maximize value in partnership negotiations. 
  9. You are flexible and able to travel when necessary.
