Job Description
- Provide system support (2nd level project support).
- Perform Application Testing together with User and Application Support Team with proper Test Plan documentations.
- Assist Document Controller / Technical Writer to complete proper program documentation and keeping related records up-to-date.
- Attend to user requests, problems and inquiries via Help-desk System.
- To implement new applications & products as well as maintaining current applications.
- To identify, troubleshoot and resolve performance, system and data issues.
- Continuous self-improvement by studying state-of-the-art development tools, programming techniques and computing equipment; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
- Protects operations by keeping information confidential.
- To perform work related duties as assigned by Team Lead & Head of Department.
Job Requirements
- At least 2 years’ experiences in PHP.
- Knowledge on Laravel or other PHP frameworks is a plus.
- Familiar with CSS, HTML5 and jQuery.
- Experience working in using MySQL and Apache.
- Ability to write SQL queries.
- Experience in using Jira and Git is a plus.
- Experiences in Object Oriented Programming is advantageous.
