Job Description

Included Scope of Works: Sales, Research & Development, Marketing 

1. Identify and secure leads on potential customers, strategic alliances and new business opportunities.
2. Research and analyze market needs for new product development. 
3. Develop creative proposals and presentation, follow up potential and secure projects & business deals
4. Actively involved in development of Marketing Campaign, and producing Marketing and A&P Tools.
5. Actively involved in sales pitch presentation and sales negotiation meetings.
6. Involve in System Testing for User Acceptance Test (UAT
7. Prepare relevant reports and/or analysis for department’s operational and achievements.
8. Undertake corporate liaison with stakeholder, clients and parties related to Raffcomm core business.
9. Contribute to preparation of the business plans designed to maintain and increase existing business and capture new opportunities.
10. All other relevant and appropriate duties as and when required by the Superior.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in any business-related field,
2. Exceptional interpersonal skill and above average flair in communication, verbal and written.
3. Intuitive and proactive in business ideas and opportunities. Preferably creative in developing A&P.
4. Highly organized, with the ability to manage a range of different projects at a given time.
5. Preferably possess good understanding of digital and software services.
6. Preferably possess good understanding of Company & Business Regulation.
7. Have advanced Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel knowledge and preferably Adobe Illustrator.
8. Attractive personality, highly motivated, result oriented and able to work independently.
