Job Description

  • Responsible for customer happiness
  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
  • Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features
  • Update our databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
  • Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved


Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Patience when handling tough cases
  • Friendly, people person
  • Able to work in shift (especially night shift)
  • Knowledge in basic programming (preferred)
  • Experience in CAD software (preferred)
