About The Job
- Reports to the Team Manager of the agency.
- Scheduling business appointments with clients , doing itinerary, minutes of meeting and general correspondence.
- Handles day-to-day administrative matters in highly professional and organized manner.
- Doing cold calling to potential clients. Need to have in-depth knowledge about the products and services provided.
- Assist to be the spokesperson on behalf for clients.
- Able to follow Team Manager to meetings with clients.
- Handle paperwork and deliver documents to office
- Candidates must possess at least diploma in any field.
- Having at least 1 year working experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Preferably candidates who are able to communicate in Mandarin and English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong multi-tasking and ability to manage deadlines.
- A neat and well-groomed appearance. Willing to learn.
- Have own transport and valid driving license.
- Willing to travel around Klang Valley.
