About The Job

  • Reports to the Team Manager of the agency.
  • Scheduling business appointments with clients , doing itinerary, minutes of meeting and general correspondence.
  • Handles day-to-day administrative matters in highly professional and organized manner. 
  • Doing cold calling to potential clients. Need to have in-depth knowledge about the products and services provided.
  • Assist to be the spokesperson on behalf for clients.
  • Able to follow Team Manager to meetings with clients.
  • Handle paperwork and deliver documents to office


Job Requirements

  • Candidates must possess at least diploma in any field.
  • Having at least 1 year working experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Preferably candidates who are able to communicate in Mandarin and English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office. 
  • Strong multi-tasking and ability to manage deadlines.
  • A neat and well-groomed appearance. Willing to learn.
  • Have own transport and valid driving license.
  • Willing to travel around Klang Valley.
